That means providing our employees with the necessary training and growth opportunities to excel within our Company . At Grimshaw we have implemented a new hire orientation. Our drivers participate in skills upgrading courses. Our employees are required to participate in training seminars through out their career.

During the last 11 years, our employees have been participating in the Business Management Certificate Program. This annual program offers 175 hours of management training. To date, 31 of our employees have graduated. Congratulations to our graduates!

Our commitment to our customers and our employees has prompted us to initiate a Quality Program. The program, called “On the Road to Quality” has 31 graduates and another 2 enrolled presently. It is our goal to facilitate and implement this course to all of our employees.

When an employee successfully completes a course related to their field at a recognized college or institution, they qualify to be reimbursed 50% of their tuition fees.
